Avocado & Egg Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of brown wholemeal bread
  • 1 tbsp hummus
  • ¼ large or ½ small avocado, sliced
  • 1 boiled egg, sliced
  • 1 tbsp pickled red onions
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread to your liking.

  2. Spread the hummus evenly over the toast.

  3. Arrange the sliced avocado and boiled egg on top.

  4. Add the pickled red onions and finish with a pinch of black pepper.
