Apple Pie Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 1 apple, finely sliced
  • 125g full-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp peanut butter (or any nut butter / tahini)
  • 6 walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sultanas
  • 1 tsp milled flaxseeds

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl or container and mix well.

  2. Serve and enjoy!
