Apple + Beetroot Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 small cooked beetroot (not pickled)
- 1 apple, peeled and cored
- 100ml milk
- 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ banana, frozen *
- 1 tbsp no-added-sugar granola
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds
Instructions
Place all the ingredients (except the granola and mixed seeds) into a blender and combine until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with the granola and mixed seeds.
* Advance Prep - Freeze half a banana - cut into chunks.
