Apple + Beetroot Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 small cooked beetroot (not pickled)
  • 1 apple, peeled and cored
  • 100ml milk
  • 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ banana, frozen *
  • 1 tbsp no-added-sugar granola
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients (except the granola and mixed seeds) into a blender and combine until smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl and top with the granola and mixed seeds.

* Advance Prep - Freeze half a banana - cut into chunks.
