Here’s how to get started  and make the most out of your 21 Day Shift Fat Loss Sprint journey:

Step 1: Download Your Resources

  • Week 1 Meal Guide – Your first week of simple, nourishing meals to kick things off strong. Just choose one breakfast, one lunch, and one dinner from the guide each day — no need to overthink it!

  • 21 Day Shift Sprint Workbook – This is your space for reflections, tracking, and weekly check-ins. You can print it or complete it digitally — whichever works best for you!

Step 2: Set Your Starting Point

Take a moment to note your:

  • Starting weight, measurements, and your goal for the next 21 days.

    You’ll update these weekly as you go — progress is about more than the scale, so stay consistent and celebrate the small wins!

Step 3: Use Your Community

Head to the Shift & Sustain Support Group (Password = SHIFTSPRINT) to:

  • Share your check-ins and updates

  • Post for accountability

  • Celebrate your wins (big or small!)

  • Ask questions or simply connect with others on the same journey

Week-by-Week Access

Your guides for Week 2 and Week 3 will unlock every Friday, giving you time to reflect and reset before moving into the next phase.
