Winter Spice Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 250ml semi-skimmed milk
  • ½ ground ginger
  • 1 small banana

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until well combined.
