Winter Spice Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oat flakes
- 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 250ml semi-skimmed milk
- ½ ground ginger
- 1 small banana
