Topped Crackers Three Ways
Ingredients
Avocado Topping
- 2-3 wholegrain crackers
- ½ avocado
- few chilli flakes
Cream Cheese Topping
- 2-3 wholegrain crackers
- 2 thin spreads of cream cheese
- 2 thin spreads of jam
Tuna Topping
- 2-3 wholegrain crackers
- 72g (small tin) of tuna
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 heaped tsp mayonnaise
Instructions:
Avocado Topping:
Mash avocado and spread on crackers, top with some chilli flakes.
Cream Cheese Topping:
Spread thin layers of cream cheese on crackers, then top with a thin layer of jam.
Tuna Topping:
Add tuna to a bowl, season and add mayo.
Spread tuna mixture over crackers.
