Sundried Tomato and Feta Omelette (LC) 

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • Black pepper
  • 30g feta
  • 3 pieces sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl add the eggs and black pepper.

  2. Beat the eggs and then add in the feta and tomatoes.

  3. Turn on the grill to heat up.

  4. Heat some olive oil in a non-stick pan.

  5. Then add the egg mixture.

  6. Allow to cook for 5 minutes or so.

  7. When almost ready then pop until the grill finishes it off for a few minutes.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
