Strawberry and Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 250ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 4 tbsp frozen strawberries (any berries would work)
  • Handful of fresh spinach or 2 blocks of frozen spinach
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt

Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Mix until smooth.

 

Breakfast
