Steak, Chips and Mushrooms (HC)
Ingredients
- 150g potato
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Sprinkle black pepper
- 1 (120g) sirloin steak (porterhouse steak), lean
- 75g mushrooms (approx 10)
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit/Gas Mark 6).
Wash potato and slice into fries.
Add to a bowl with a little olive oil and black pepper.
Mix around and place on a baking tray with baking paper, pop into the oven for 20-30 minutes.
Ensure to turn halfway through cooking, you want them to be nice and crispy when ready.
Season steak with black pepper and a little bit of olive oil then fry to your liking, adding the mushrooms to the pan to soften towards the end of cooking.
Then serve altogether when ready.
