Sausage & Egg Bowl

Savoury Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1-2 eggs
  • 2 sausages (chicken, pork, vegetarian, beef or turkey)
  • ¼ large or ½ small avocado, mashed
  • A handful of fresh berries
  • 1 tbsp sauerkraut (optional)
  • Large mixed salad (of your choice: mixed leaves, tomatoes, peppers, red onions, cucumber etc.) (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the eggs to your preference (poached, scrambled, or boiled).

  2. Cook sausages based on preference.

  3. Arrange the eggs, sausages and avocado in a bowl.

  4. Add the berries and sauerkraut on the side or around the bowl.

  5. Serve immediately with the salad (optional) and enjoy!
