Raspberry and Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 150ml milk
  • 120g frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds (sunflower or pumpkin seeds)

Instructions

  1. Place the banana, Greek yoghurt, milk, raspberries (reserve a few for topping), flaxseed and half the peanut butter into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into a bowl and top with the reserved berries, the remaining peanut butter and mixed seeds.

Advance prep - To freeze the banana, peel and chop it, then place it in a suitable container and freeze overnight.
