Protein & Fibre Yoghurt Bowl
Ingredients
- 125g full fat Greek yoghurt
- 80g vanilla kefir
- 1 tsp mixed seeds
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp honey
- Handful of fresh raspberries
- Handful of fresh blueberries
Instructions
Add the Greek yoghurt and kefir to a bowl, mix until smooth and combined.
Top with mixed seeds, peanut butter, honey, raspberries and blueberries and serve.
Note - This recipe serves 1 and is best enjoyed fresh. You can swap the berries depending on what you have available.
