Plum & Tahini Yoghurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 plums, diced
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1–2 tbsp water
  • 126 full-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tsp tahini (or any nut/seed butter)
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds

Instructions

  1. Place the diced plums in a small saucepan with the ground cinnamon, maple syrup, and 1–2 tablespoons of water.

  2. Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the plums are soft and form a slightly thickened sauce. Add a little extra water if needed to prevent sticking. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

  3. In a bowl, mix the Greek yoghurt with the tahini until smooth and creamy.

  4. Spoon the stewed plums over the tahini yoghurt.

  5. Sprinkle the mixed seeds on top and serve immediately.
