Plum & Tahini Yoghurt Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 plums, diced
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
- 1–2 tbsp water
- 126 full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp tahini (or any nut/seed butter)
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds
Instructions
Place the diced plums in a small saucepan with the ground cinnamon, maple syrup, and 1–2 tablespoons of water.
Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the plums are soft and form a slightly thickened sauce. Add a little extra water if needed to prevent sticking. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the Greek yoghurt with the tahini until smooth and creamy.
Spoon the stewed plums over the tahini yoghurt.
Sprinkle the mixed seeds on top and serve immediately.
