Pina Colada Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 80g pineapple chunks, canned or fresh
- 150ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp of Full fat Greek yoghurt
- Few ice cubes
- 1 heaped tsp of desiccated coconut
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth around 1 minute. Serve immediately.

Advance prep - Freeze some ice cubes
