Pear Crumble Bowl
Ingredients
- ½ tsp olive oil
- 1 pear, peeled, cored and quartered
- 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp walnuts
- 30g oats
- 125g full-fat Greek yoghurt
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pears and sauté for 2-3 minutes. 
- Add the honey, cinnamon, oats and walnuts and stir to combine. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the oats are golden brown. 
- Layer the Greek yoghurt into the bottom of the bowl and top with the pear crumble mixture.
