Peanut Butter & Jam Porridge

Ingredients

  • 40g (½ cup) (1½ oz) porridge oat flakes

  • 135ml (⅔ cup) (4¾ fl oz) semi-skimmed milk

  • 1 heaped tsp (0.75 Aus tbsp - 15ml) smooth peanut butter

  • 1 tsp jam, no added sugar

Instructions:

  1. Add the oats and milk to a pot and allow it to come to the boil. Simmer until cooked.

  2. Serve topped with peanut butter and jam.
