Peanut Butter + Chocolate Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 125g full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 heaped tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 heaped tsp smooth peanut butter
- 1 tsp dark chocolate chips
- 5g peanuts, chopped
- Portion of fruit of your choice (e.g., a handful of berries, 1 banana etc.)
Instructions
Add the Greek yoghurt, chia seeds, vanilla extract (if using), honey, peanut butter and chocolate chips to a jar or container and mix around until incorporated.
Close the jar/container and place it in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, finish the chia-pudding with a sprinkle of chopped peanuts.
Serve with a portion of fruit of your choice.
Note - Add a little milk before serving to loosen the consistency if you prefer.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
