Overnight Oats + Fruit

Ingredients

  • 40g shop-bought overnight oats *
  • 125ml milk (of your choice or kefir)
  • Portion of fruit of your choice (e.g., a handful of berries, 1 banana etc.)

Examples of shop-bought overnight oats mix

Instructions

  1. Add the overnight oats mix and milk to a bowl or container and stir to combine.

  2. Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes, or overnight as preferred.

  3. Serve with a portion of fruit of your choice and enjoy!
