Green Goddess Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 150ml milk of your choice
  • 2 tbsp full fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 large avocado or 1/2 small
  • Large bowl of spinach (or 2 frozen blocks)
  • 1 tsp nut butter
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Peel the banana, slice into chunks and place them into the freezer the night before.

  2. Add all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth.

 

Breakfast
