Green Goddess Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 150ml milk of your choice
- 2 tbsp full fat Greek yoghurt
- 1/4 large avocado or 1/2 small
- Large bowl of spinach (or 2 frozen blocks)
- 1 tsp nut butter
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions:
Peel the banana, slice into chunks and place them into the freezer the night before.
Add all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth.
