Frozen Yoghurt Bites
Ingredients
- 150g full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 150g strawberries, diced
- 150g blueberries
- 250g dark chocolate, melted
Instructions:
- Divide Greek yoghurt evenly between two bowls. 
- Add diced strawberries to one bowl of Greek yoghurt and blueberries to the other, mix well. 
- Line a large baking tray with baking paper. 
- Add 1 tbsp of mixture to the tray at a time, evenly spaced, until all the mixture is used. 
- Place into the freezer for 1-2 hours until frozen. 
- Dip each frozen yoghurt bite lightly into the melted dark chocolate then place back onto the baking tray. 
- Drizzle over any remaining chocolate and place back into the freezer for 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set. 
- Remove from the freezer 10-15 minutes before eating so they can thaw slightly. 
- Enjoy, store leftovers in the freezer for up to 1 month.
