Frozen Peach + Yoghurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh peach

  • 125g full-fat Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)

  • 2 tbsp pistachios, chopped

  • 1 tsp milled flaxseed

Instructions

  1. Freeze the peach overnight.

  2. Remove from the freezer and let it sit for 10 minutes to soften slightly.

  3. Spoon the Greek yoghurt into a bowl.

  4. Grate the peach (including the skin) over the yoghurt using a fine grater.

  5. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with chopped pistachios and milled flaxseed, and serve immediately.
