Frozen Peach + Yoghurt Bowl
Ingredients
1 fresh peach
125g full-fat Greek yoghurt
1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
2 tbsp pistachios, chopped
1 tsp milled flaxseed
Instructions
Freeze the peach overnight.
Remove from the freezer and let it sit for 10 minutes to soften slightly.
Spoon the Greek yoghurt into a bowl.
Grate the peach (including the skin) over the yoghurt using a fine grater.
Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with chopped pistachios and milled flaxseed, and serve immediately.
