Banana + Blueberry Weetabix Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 Weetabix
- 80ml milk (of your choice)
- 50g blueberries (fresh or frozen, defrosted)
- 125g full-fat Greek yoghurt
Instructions
Mash the banana in a bowl.
Crush the Weetabix into a small bowl or container. Add the mashed banana and milk, mixing well. Press down with the back of a spoon to create a compact, flat base.
Mash the blueberries in a separate bowl and spread over the Weetabix base.
Top with the Greek yoghurt, spreading it evenly to form a final layer.
Enjoy immediately, or chill in the fridge for 15 minutes or overnight for a softer texture.
Note - In a hurry? Just mix all the ingredients in one bowl and enjoy straight away!
