Fibre Packed Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana*
  • 150g frozen mango
  • 90 full-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 125ml kefir
  • 2 tsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp flaxseed

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen banana, frozen mango (reserving 2–3 chunks for topping), Greek yoghurt, kefir, and 1 tsp of the desiccated coconut into a blender.

  2. Blend until thick and smooth, scraping down the sides if needed.

  3. Pour into a bowl and top with the reserved mango pieces, remaining desiccated coconut, and flaxseed.

  4. Serve immediately.

Advanced Prep - Freeze a banana - cut into chunks.
