Fibre Packed Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana*
- 150g frozen mango
- 90 full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 125ml kefir
- 2 tsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp flaxseed
Instructions
Place the frozen banana, frozen mango (reserving 2–3 chunks for topping), Greek yoghurt, kefir, and 1 tsp of the desiccated coconut into a blender.
Blend until thick and smooth, scraping down the sides if needed.
Pour into a bowl and top with the reserved mango pieces, remaining desiccated coconut, and flaxseed.
Serve immediately.
