Egg & Smoked Salmon Plate

Ingredients

  • 5-6 asparagus stems

  • 2 eggs

  • 55g smoked salmon

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • Squeeze of lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the asparagus by boiling, steaming, or grilling until tender.

  2. Cook the eggs to your liking – boiled, poached or scrambled work well.

  3. Arrange the asparagus, eggs, and smoked salmon on a plate.

  4. Season with a pinch of black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice, if using.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
