Egg & Smoked Salmon Plate
Ingredients
5-6 asparagus stems
2 eggs
55g smoked salmon
Pinch of black pepper
Squeeze of lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
Cook the asparagus by boiling, steaming, or grilling until tender.
Cook the eggs to your liking – boiled, poached or scrambled work well.
Arrange the asparagus, eggs, and smoked salmon on a plate.
Season with a pinch of black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice, if using.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
