Cottage Cheese + Strawberry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 125ml semi-skimmed milk
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese
- 60g strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 small frozen banana *
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds (sunflower or pumpkin seeds)
Instructions
Add all ingredients except seeds (keep a few strawberries for topping).
Add a bit more milk if too thick, then continue to whizz until everything is smoothly blended and thick.
Pour into a bowl and top with strawberries and seeds.
* Advance prep - To freeze the banana, peel and chop it, then place it in a suitable container and freeze overnight.
