Chocolate & Orange Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 125g full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 heaped tbsp chia seeds
- Juice and zest from 1 clementine
- 1 tsp raw cacao
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 clementine, peeled and segmented (or 2 tbsp tinned, in juice)
Instructions
Add all ingredients except the clementines into a jar or container
Mix well. Cover and leave to set overnight in the fridge.
In the morning, top with clementine segments and serve.
