Chocolate & OrangeChia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 125g full-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 heaped tbsp chia seeds
  • Juice and zest from 1 clementine
  • 1 tsp raw cacao
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 clementine, peeled and segmented (or 2 tbsp tinned, in juice)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except the clementines into a jar or container

  2. Mix well. Cover and leave to set overnight in the fridge.

  3. In the morning, top with clementine segments and serve.
