Chocolate and Strawberry Yoghurt Bark
Ingredients
- 500g full fat greek yoghurt
- 3 - 4 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 3 - 4 tbsp honey
- 7 strawberries, sliced very thin and small
- 2 tbsp dessicated coconut
Instructions:
- Add the yoghurt, raw cacao and honey into a bowl (add 3 tbsp of honey and cacao first, taste test and adjust amounts according to your preference). 
- Mix and stir around. 
- Line a baking tray with baking paper. 
- Pour the yoghurt mixture onto the baking tray and spread evenly across the tray. 
- Top with some strawberries and coconut. 
- Place into the freezer for around 2 hours or until frozen. 
- Once frozen, break up into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer. 
Top Tip
The recipe makes 8 portions. The remainder can be stored in the freezer for at least 1 month.
