Chocolate and Orange Blended Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 40g porridge/oats
- 70ml milk (of your choice)
- 75g full-fat Greek yoghurt
- Juice and zest from 1/2 orange
- 1 tsp raw cacao
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 orange, cut into bite-sized pieces
Instructions:
Add the oats, milk, yoghurt, orange juice, orange zest, cacao and honey to a blender and blitz until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a jar or container. Add chia seeds then mix through.
Pop into the fridge overnight.
Serve topped with orange pieces in the morning.
