Chocolate and Orange Blended Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 40g porridge/oats
  • 70ml milk (of your choice)
  • 75g full-fat Greek yoghurt
  • Juice and zest from 1/2 orange
  • 1 tsp raw cacao
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 orange, cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions:

  1. Add the oats, milk, yoghurt, orange juice, orange zest, cacao and honey to a blender and blitz until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a jar or container. Add chia seeds then mix through.

  3. Pop into the fridge overnight.

  4. Serve topped with orange pieces in the morning.
