Chickpea Salad (MC)

Ingredients

  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • ½ red onion
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 30g feta cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp chickpeas
  • 30g spinach leaves

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl add the herbs, sliced onion, tomatoes, feta, olive oil, chickpeas (garbanzo beans) and spinach. 

  2. Season and add any extra seasoning needed.
