Chicken + Coleslaw Wrap (HC)

Ingredients

  • 1 large wholemeal wrap

  • 1 tbsp shop-bought coleslaw

  • 100g cooked chicken, diced or shredded

  • 1 tbsp sweetcorn

  • 20g iceberg lettuce, sliced

  • Side salad of your choice

Instructions

  1. Lay the wholemeal wrap flat on a plate or board.

  2. Spread the coleslaw down the centre of the wrap.

  3. Add the cooked chicken on top of the coleslaw.

  4. Sprinkle over the sweetcorn.

  5. Top with the sliced iceberg lettuce.

  6. Fold in the sides of the wrap, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.

  7. Slice in half if desired.

  8. Serve with your chosen salad on the side or inside the wrap if preferred.
