Brie, Apple and Walnut Salad (LC)

Ingredients

  • 40g brie
  • 1 apple
  • 5 walnuts
  • Bowl of mixed leaves
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Slice the apple and brie into chunks.

  2. Add to a bowl with crushed walnuts and mixed leaves.

  3. Drizzle on honey, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

  4. Mix around to ensure all ingredients are coated, then serve.

Top Tip

Feel free to add some additional protein to this meal or on the side, meat, fish or eggs.
