Breaded Fish + Veggies (HC)

Ingredients

  • 1 fillet of breaded fish (shop-bought)*

  • Portion of vegetables of your choice (e.g., mixed salad, frozen veg medley, frozen peas/sweetcorn)

  • 1 tsp ketchup or mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Cook the breaded fish according to the packet instructions or your preferred method (oven or air-fryer).

  2. Prepare the vegetables by steaming, boiling, or microwaving until cooked to your liking.

  3. Serve the fish with the vegetables and chosen condiment on the side and enjoy!

*Note - When choosing shop-bought breaded fish, look for options that:

  • Contain a high percentage of fish fillet

  • Have more green and amber traffic light labels, with fewer reds

  • Contain shorter ingredient lists with minimal preservatives and additives
