Blueberry & Almond Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana*
  • 150g frozen blueberries
  • 1 heaped tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 200ml semi-skimmed milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Topping

  • 1 tbsp no-added-sugar granola
  • 1 tsp flaked almonds
  • 10 fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender, except those for the topping.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into a bowl and top with the granola, flaked almonds and fresh blueberries.

Advance prep - To freeze the banana, peel and chop it, then place it in a suitable container and freeze overnight.
