Blueberry & Almond Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana*
- 150g frozen blueberries
- 1 heaped tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 200ml semi-skimmed milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Topping
- 1 tbsp no-added-sugar granola
- 1 tsp flaked almonds
- 10 fresh blueberries
Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a blender, except those for the topping.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with the granola, flaked almonds and fresh blueberries.
Advance prep - To freeze the banana, peel and chop it, then place it in a suitable container and freeze overnight.
