Ingredients
- 1 bean-based veggie burger (shop-bought)*
- Portion of vegetables of your choice (e.g., mixed salad, frozen veg medley, frozen peas/sweetcorn)
- 1 tsp ketchup or mayonnaise

Instructions
Cook the veggie burger according to the packet instructions, or using your preferred method (oven, grill, or air-fryer) until heated through and lightly golden.
Prepare your vegetables by steaming, boiling, or microwaving until cooked to your liking.
Serve the burger with the vegetables on the side and add ketchup or mayonnaise as a condiment.
* Note - When choosing shop-bought bean burgers, look for options that:
Contain a high percentage of beans and vegetables
Have more green and amber traffic light labels, with fewer reds
Contain shorter ingredient lists with minimal preservatives and additives
