Banana Crumble Bowl
Ingredients
- ½ tsp olive oil
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 30g oats
- 125g full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds (sunflower or pumpkin seeds)
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the banana slices and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the honey, cinnamon, and oats and stir to combine. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the oats are golden brown.
Layer the Greek yoghurt into the bottom of the bowl, top with the banana crumble mixture and a sprinkle of mixed seeds.
