Banana Crumble Bowl

Ingredients

  • ½ tsp olive oil
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 30g oats
  • 125g full-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds (sunflower or pumpkin seeds)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the banana slices and sauté for 1 minute.

  2. Add the honey, cinnamon, and oats and stir to combine. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the oats are golden brown.

  3. Layer the Greek yoghurt into the bottom of the bowl, top with the banana crumble mixture and a sprinkle of mixed seeds.
