Bacon, Egg & Relish Breakfast Bap
Ingredients
- 2 bacon rashers
- 1 egg
- 1 wholemeal bap (bread roll)
- 1 tbsp tomato relish or chutney
- 1 handful rocket
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Cook the bacon under the grill or in the air fryer until golden and crispy.
Meanwhile, heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and fry the egg to your liking.
Slice the bap in half and lightly toast if desired.
Spread the tomato relish or chutney onto the base of the bap.
Top with the rocket, followed by the bacon and fried egg.
Season with black pepper and place the top of the bap on to serve.
Serve immediately.
