Indian Spiced Salmon Wrap (HC)
Ingredients
1 salmon fillet
1 tsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of garam masala (0.75 Aus tbsp -15ml)
1 tbsp of garlic salt (0.75 Aus tbsp -15ml)
½ red onion, chopped
½ chilli pepper, chopped
1 wholemeal wrap
1 tbsp (0.75 Aus tbsp -15ml) Full fat of Greek yoghurt
Handful of rocket (arugula)
5 cherry tomatoes
Handful of fresh coriander (cilantro)
Instructions:
In an oven tray cover the salmon in olive oil, garam masala and garlic salt. Then add the red onion and chilli to the tray and place the tray into a preheated oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit/Gas Mark 4) for 20 minutes.
Heat up a wrap and spread out the Greek yoghurt. Begin with a layer of rocket and then add the cherry tomatoes. Then add the salmon, red onion and chilli. Top the wrap with coriander (cilantro), then enjoy!
