Indian Spiced Salmon Wrap (HC)

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet

  • 1 tsp of olive oil

  • 1 tbsp of garam masala (0.75 Aus tbsp -15ml)

  • 1 tbsp of garlic salt (0.75 Aus tbsp -15ml)

  • ½ red onion, chopped

  • ½ chilli pepper, chopped

  • 1 wholemeal wrap

  • 1 tbsp (0.75 Aus tbsp -15ml) Full fat of Greek yoghurt

  • Handful of rocket (arugula)

  • 5 cherry tomatoes

  • Handful of fresh coriander (cilantro)

Instructions:

  1. In an oven tray cover the salmon in olive oil, garam masala and garlic salt. Then add the red onion and chilli to the tray and place the tray into a preheated oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit/Gas Mark 4) for 20 minutes.

  2. Heat up a wrap and spread out the Greek yoghurt. Begin with a layer of rocket and then add the cherry tomatoes. Then add the salmon, red onion and chilli. Top the wrap with coriander (cilantro), then enjoy!
